Investment Management Analyst (Legal)

A leading global investment management firm is seeking an Investment Management Legal Analyst to join its Legal & Compliance team in New York.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, investor relations, communications, business development, and investment professionals on a broad range of legal, compliance, and product-related initiatives. The position provides significant exposure to investor-facing activities and investment product development within a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review marketing materials, investor questionnaires, and other investor-facing communications

• Support compliance with marketing, disclosure, and regulatory requirements

• Partner with investment, investor relations, and business development teams to support the development and maintenance of investment products

• Assist with the legal and compliance aspects of product structuring and distribution initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus

• 4+ years of relevant experience with a strong record of academic and professional achievement

• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in both the commercial and legal aspects of investment management

• Experience with investor-facing materials, asset management, compliance, or paralegal work is preferred but not required
