IT Procurement Analyst

? Memphis, TN – Hybrid

• After training: Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite

Role:

Looking for an IT Procurement/Sourcing Analyst with 3+ years of IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage IT sourcing events, RFPs, and vendor evaluations.
• Negotiate IT contracts and pricing with technology vendors.
• Perform spend analysis and identify cost/value opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, risks, and governance.
• Review IT contracts, pricing models, usage, SLAs, and terms.
• Partner with Legal and internal IT/business stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing strategies and support vendor selection.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate, terminate, extend, or optimize IT contracts.

Must-have:

• 3+ years IT Procurement / IT Sourcing / Technology Vendor Management
• IT vendor and technology contract experience
• RFP/sourcing event experience
• Contract negotiation experience
• Strong written communication
• Enterprise-level sourcing experience is a plus
