Journey Builder / Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Location: New York City

Pay Rate: $67/hr

We’re looking for a Journey Builder / Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join a leading global technology company’s Central Marketing Operations team.

This role focuses on building and launching customer journeys and in-app communications across multiple digital services. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to launch campaigns, run A/B tests, monitor performance, and improve customer engagement.

What we’re looking for:

• 5–7 years of lifecycle/CRM marketing experience
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Responsys
• Experience building and managing customer journeys
• Strong analytical and communication skills; SQL is a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Education: BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
