Civil Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer III/IV to join its growing Civil Engineering team in Portland, OR; Billings, MT and Springfield, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineer who is ready to take greater ownership of projects while continuing to grow technically and professionally.

The role will involve site development, stormwater, water/wastewater, transportation and infrastructure projects, taking assignments from conceptual design through construction. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and regulatory agencies while also serving as a technical resource and mentor to junior engineers.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–8 years of civil engineering experience, an EIT certification, and strong Civil 3D skills. A PE license—or someone actively working toward one—is highly desirable.
