Flow of Contribution is seeking one person for an independent consulting role in the personal development space. The work is human, unhurried, and genuinely meaningful; structured conversations that help people find clarity, trust themselves a little more, and take their next step forward with confidence.

A proven framework, a supportive community of practice, and AI-supported systems handle the structure and process side of the role. Your time and energy go to: creativity, wisdom, and real human presence.

Who This Is For

We’re not looking for a specific professional background. We’re looking for a specific kind of person.

– Someone whose creativity shows up in how they listen, finding the angle that opens a conversation

– Someone who leads with presence and quiet wisdom rather than authority or titles

– Someone with lived experience that gives them genuine understanding of what it means to navigate change

– Someone who is ready to build something of their own within a proven, supported structure

– Someone who finds meaning in helping others move forward, and wants that to be the center of their work

Backgrounds in teaching, caregiving, the arts, community work, coaching, healthcare, or any career that has put you in service of others are genuinely relevant here. Formal credentials in personal development or coaching are not required.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Having structured, one-to-one conversations with people who are navigating a turning point, helping them find clarity and direction

– Working within a defined conversation framework that supports you without scripting you

– Participating in an ongoing community of practice that takes the inner work as seriously as the outer work

This is not therapy or credentialed coaching. It is structured, human-centered engagement, the kind that calls on creativity, wisdom, and genuine presence.

How It Works

This is a commission-based independent contract role. Your income reflects your client engagement and results: there is no base salary or benefits. Fully remote, self-directed schedule, with full onboarding and mentorship provided from day one.
