What the Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN:

• Provide patient education, manage prescription refills, document patient care
• Administer vaccinations and other medications, collect, process, and transport specimens

Qualifications for the Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN:

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, ideally within the relevant clinical specialty.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• Must obtain AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
