Discover International is currently hiring for a Business Development Manager to join

our winning Contracts team. In this role, you will grow our Contracts Life

Sciences clientele.

This position is Hybrid in our Miami office.

Discover International work with the top Pharma, Biotech and Medical Device

companies.

Experience in Life Science BD is a MUST, in the Contracts space.

Functions of the Role:

• Fully support clients and bring in new business for our contract delivery recruiters –

and manage process / account.

• Identify New Business and perform Business Calls and Negotiate rates with clients.

• Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates – along with the

recruiters.

• Maintain relationships with candidates & clients after placing them in a new position.

Skills We Look For

• A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)

• Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills

• Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated

• Strong Billing Numbers

• Very resilient
