This role is ideal for a seasoned behavioral health leader who is passionate about culturally responsive care, community health, and developing high-performing clinical teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise, mentor, and support the professional development of mental health clinicians.
  • Drive quality improvement, clinical standards, compliance, and best practices across multiple care sites.
  • Collaborate across medical, dental, behavioral health, human services, and traditional wellness programs to provide integrated care.
  • Oversee program budgets, productivity, revenue cycle considerations, grants, and resource utilization.
  • Support recruitment and hiring efforts as the behavioral health program continues to grow.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case staffing, leadership meetings, trainings, audits, and program development.
  • Help ensure services remain accessible, high-quality, culturally attuned, and aligned with organizational values.

Why This Opportunity?

  • Meaningful Mission: Join an organization committed to providing accessible, culturally responsive healthcare and serving the American Indian/Alaska Native community.
  • Multi-Site Leadership: Help guide behavioral health services across four clinical locations in the Seattle area.
  • Growth & Influence: Play a key role in expanding services, developing clinicians, improving systems, and supporting a rapidly growing behavioral health program.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related qualifying field.
  • 5+ years of upper-level mental health management experience.
  • Strong experience leading outpatient behavioral health operations; residential oversight experience is a plus.
  • Active LICSW license; Washington licensure required within 6 months if not already held.
  • Knowledge of Washington behavioral health regulations, licensing, funding, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary clinical teams.

  • Familiarity with the health and social issues impacting American Indian/Alaska Native communities and a genuine interest in serving this population.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation for local meetings.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1.0 FTE structured as four 10-hour shifts per week, including paid time for non-face-to-face care.
