Sales Operations Assistant

Pay: $28.85 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Schedule, track, and manage orders through final delivery, making timely adjustments as required.


• Monitor and replenish office supply inventory as needed.


• Act as the local point of contact for local manufacturing partners in Syracuse.


• Perform weekly fleet/vehicle inspections.


• Participate in bi-monthly facility check-ins with headquarters.


• Assist with local inventory and merchandise distribution needs.


• Proactively flagging and following through on delivery delays, inventory discrepancies, and pending credits, while keeping the sales team updated until everything is resolved


• Maintain and update daily inventory logs; issue daily inventory reports to inform team priorities for upcoming POs.


• Generate and distribute accounting reports to ensure alignment with HQ financial records.


• Process order credits and submit credit documentation for prompt approval.


• Provide ongoing operational support to the sales team to facilitate smooth workflow.


• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and systems, with external partner, Nabis.

Who You Are:

• Previous cannabis industry experience is a big plus.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.


• Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Nabis, CRM or sales tools.


• Self-starter who thrives independently and in a team.


• Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude.
