Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to lead warehouse operations and fulfillment across Briotech’s manufacturing operations. This role owns the physical flow and custody of inventory from receiving and storage through production staging, finished goods management, and outbound shipment.

The Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for warehouse performance, storage optimization, cycle count execution, material flow, shipping, fulfillment cost, and on-time delivery while building scalable processes that support Briotech’s continued growth. This role will manage the Warehouse Operations Coordinator and partner closely with Supply & Materials Planning, Production Planning, Quality, PMO, and Operations leadership to ensure materials and finished goods move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the operation.

Core Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

  • Lead warehouse operations across receiving, put-away, storage, material movement, production staging, finished goods handling, and outbound shipping.

  • Maintain effective warehouse organization, FIFO practices, material traceability, location accuracy, and safe material handling.

  • Own cycle count and physical inventory processes, partnering with Inventory Operations on reconciliation and inventory-system accuracy.

  • Maintain appropriate physical custody and segregation of raw materials, finished goods, quarantined, held, and released inventory.

  • Monitor warehouse utilization and optimize onsite and offsite storage capacity, layout, and material flow.

Production Support & Fulfillment

  • Ensure materials are staged accurately and on time to support production requirements and coordinate finished goods movement following production.

  • Lead outbound shipping and fulfillment to ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time.

  • Own fulfillment performance, including OTIF, shipment accuracy, fulfillment cost, and applicable customer or operational scorecards.

  • Coordinate shipment scheduling, carriers, freight activity, shipping documentation, and customer-specific fulfillment requirements.

  • Resolve warehouse, carrier, shipment, and fulfillment issues that may affect production or customer commitments.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and monitor KPIs for warehouse productivity, storage utilization, inventory accuracy, cycle count execution, OTIF, and fulfillment cost.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply & Materials Planning, Production Planning, Quality, and PMO to support inventory flow, production readiness, and customer requirements.

  • Identify and implement improvements to warehouse layout, material flow, storage utilization, freight, systems, and fulfillment processes.

People Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop operations team members, setting clear expectations for safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.

  • Build and maintain onboarding, training, and cross-training practices to support flexible staffing and peak-volume readiness.

  • Manage attendance and performance consistently and partner with leadership and HR on staffing and employee development needs.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment focused on continuous improvement and strong execution.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, logistics, distribution, inventory, or manufacturing operations.

  • Demonstrated experience leading warehouse and fulfillment operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

  • Strong understanding of receiving, inventory movement, storage, cycle counting, shipping, freight, and fulfillment processes.

  • Experience improving warehouse layout, material flow, storage utilization, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience managing fulfillment performance, including OTIF, order accuracy, freight costs, or related operational KPIs.

  • Experience working with ERP, WMS, inventory management, shipping, or similar business systems.

  • Experience in regulated manufacturing, consumer products, personal care, healthcare, chemical, or related industries preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
