Contract Recruiter - Onsite : Immediately Hiring

High-Volume Recruiter (Onsite Contract) | Clayton, Indiana

Pay: $35hr

Location: Clayton, IN

Schedule: M-F 8-430pm, with flexibility to extend or work weekends as needed.

Contract: Immediately – end of December 2026

PSG Global Solutions is hiring a High-Volume Recruiter to support an online retail client’s hiring team. In this onsite role, you’ll evaluate candidates, keep the selection process moving, and help deliver a clear, timely candidate experience during a busy hiring period.

What you’ll do:

• Screen candidates against consistent job requirements and assess their skills and fit.


• Coordinate next steps and maintain accurate candidate records in Workday, the applicant tracking system.


• Conduct onsite oral drug tests following the training and procedures provided for the role.


• Complete screening and selection paperwork and keep candidates and hiring partners informed.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience recruiting in a high-volume corporate, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or staffing agency environment.


• Strong candidate assessment, organization, and follow-through skills.


• Comfort working in an applicant tracking system and managing multiple candidates at once. Workday experience is a plus.


• Ability to work onsite in Clayton, Indiana for the contract period.
