Executive Assistant Financial Services

Founded by a highly regarded executive, this financial services firm is one of the first to be woman owned. The group is hard working, educated and team oriented. Position is five days onsite.

This addition to staff will support a small team and back up the assistant to the CEO as needed. Exceptional skills, communication and multitasking are key. This is an open door policy offices and they love intuitive, proactive candidates who have interacted with HNW clients.

Some responsibilities include scheduling meetings, addressing and answer emails, heavy calendar and travel coordination, assisting with new business communication and meetings.

Candidates must have 5+ of experience as an EA. Some financial services experience a plus. Four year degree.
