Position: Audit Manager

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its growing team. The role involves leading audit engagements, overseeing audit teams, and providing high-quality financial statement audit services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred


• 5+ years of financial statement auditing experience


• Must have experience working with a public accounting firm


• Strong experience leading and managing audit engagements


• Experience supervising and mentoring audit staff


• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards


• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills


• CPA license preferred


• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position is between $130,000 – $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
