You'll be part of a growing Accelerator Design team that partners across the organization to solve complex business problems, improve enterprise platforms, and bring strategic design thinking to high-impact initiatives.

Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2


*Strong, current portfolio required. Portfolio review is a critical component of the evaluation process.


Responsibilities

  • Lead UX strategy and hands-on product design for complex enterprise applications
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable solutions
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to shape product direction
  • Present design concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive consistency through established design systems
  • Work across multiple projects and business areas in a fast-paced environment
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and user experiences

Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or Experience Design experience
  • Expert-level Figma skills
  • Strong experience with UX strategy, research, and complex problem-solving
  • Proven success designing enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or highly regulated platforms
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within design systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their use in the design process

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, UX, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced degree is a plus but not required
