Full-Time Paraplanner / Admin Associate –Safety Harbor, FL

Ready to join a growing financial planning team and make an impact? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and friendly Paraplanner/Admin Associate to help our team stay organized, support clients, and learn valuable financial skills—including RMDs!

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients—answer questions and ensure timely follow-ups


• Process client forms and paperwork accurately


• Learn and assist with Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)


• Keep our office organized and help the team run smoothly

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of admin, client service, or financial support experience


• Strong organization and multitasking skills


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)


• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude


• Willingness to learn financial processes, including RMDs


• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
