Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Aurora, CO. The Truck Driver is responsible for operating company trucks safely, following all DOT regulations and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting and maintaining the vehicle, planning routes, loading and unloading freight, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation. The role involves interacting with dispatch and customers, maintaining schedules, and reporting any issues with equipment or deliveries. The Truck Driver is expected to uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and punctuality while representing EXPRESS FREIGHT DENVER.

Qualifications

• Strong truck driving skills with experience operating commercial trucks and handling various road and weather conditions.


• Valid CDL Class A license and a clean driving record meeting company and regulatory requirements.


• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance procedures, including hours-of-service and safety standards.


• Ability to safely perform loading and unloading tasks and manage freight handling as needed.


• Reliable, safety-focused mindset with attention to detail in inspections and documentation.


• Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, team members, and customers.


• Ability to work full-time on-site in Brighton, CO, including potential overtime or varied schedules.


• Previous experience in regional or local freight delivery is preferred but not required.
