VP- Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts focused on expanding relationships with prospective and existing institutional clients, partnering closely with account management and internal subject-matter teams.


• Take a consultative approach to understanding client needs and identifying opportunities to introduce relevant products, services, and solutions.


• Present and explain technology, platform capabilities, and available solutions to prospective clients.


• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.


• Gather market and client feedback and communicate insights internally to help improve products, services, and the overall client experience.


• Lead product and platform demonstrations, coordinate responses to RFPs and other client requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on implementations, launches, and strategic initiatives.


• Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to support business growth and successful client outcomes.
