Senior Business Development Manager

In this role, you'll focus on supporting the Financial Services practice, partnering with lawyers and business leaders to uncover opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and bring growth plans to life. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you'll work across a range of initiatives while collaborating cross functionally. It's a highly collaborative position with plenty of exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to make a real impact on the firm's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic growth plans for the Financial Services sector, aligning initiatives with broader business objectives and market opportunities.


• Manage the end-to-end pursuit process for strategic opportunities, including pipeline tracking, opportunity assessment, pursuit planning, proposal coordination, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes.


• Support the development and execution of client relationship programs and key account initiatives, helping teams identify opportunities to deepen engagement, expand service offerings, and grow revenue.


• Design and execute targeted business development and profile-raising initiatives, including sector-focused campaigns, events, and thought leadership programs. Collaborate with marketing, communications, digital, and subject matter experts to maximize impact.


• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, coaching stakeholders on market-facing initiatives and best practices. Monitor performance against objectives, track return on investment, and provide insights to inform future strategy.
