Software Engineer – TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Location: Chantilly, VA — On-Site
Salary: $125,000–$250,000 per year

Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer to support mission-critical software development initiatives in a highly secure environment. The ideal candidate will have prior software development or computer engineering experience and be comfortable working with modern Microsoft and web-based technologies.
Active/recent TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FS Poly) is required. Candidates must be crossover eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Current or recent TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FS Poly)
- Must be crossover eligible
- Previous experience in software development, computer engineering, or a related technical field
- Willingness to develop and work with C#, JavaScript, HTML, and Angular
- Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with C#, Java, C++, or other programming languages
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and/or related scripting frameworks
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements and develop effective software solutions
- Collaborate with project managers and product owners to understand and meet technical specifications
- Recommend software upgrades and improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Work closely with other developers to design, develop, and optimize software
- Document programming tasks, processes, and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs
- Perform routine software maintenance and enhancements
Compensation
$125,000–$250,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
Important: This is an on-site position in Chantilly, VA and is not remote. A TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is a mandatory requirement.
