Our client is looking for a Financial Client Relationship Associate to support clients across financial planning, investment recommendations, and ongoing account needs. This is a client-facing role for someone who can balance relationship management with hands-on financial planning and administrative responsibilities. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development and marketing efforts as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients and assist with ongoing relationship management
• Handle client account maintenance and day-to-day service needs
• Develop financial plans based on clients’ goals and circumstances
• Provide recommendations related to financial products, planning strategies, and investments
• Support general administrative needs across the firm
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
• Experience working directly with clients in financial services, wealth management, or a related environment
• Experience with financial planning and investment recommendations
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team
• CFP, CPA, and/or EA designation is a plus
