Job Title- Finance Leader

Location- Cranbury, NJ (Hybrid)

Mode of Hire- Full Time

Experience: 15+ years in Finance & Accounting; 8–10+ years supporting US finance operations

Must Have: Strong finance experience in the IT Consulting industry

Key Areas: US controllership, accounting close, GL, reconciliations, MIS/reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, AP/AR, billing, collections, audit, tax, compliance, and internal controls.

Preferred: Experience in mortgage, financial services, IT/ITeS, intercompany accounting, and transfer pricing.

Skills: Strong US accounting knowledge, analytical ability, stakeholder management, process improvement, and leadership.

Qualification:CA, CPA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
