  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent skills and work experience.
  
  
  • Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.

  • Sign-On Payment: $250–$1,000 upon signing the PEP agreement, based on timely completion of licensing requirements.
  
  
  • Stable Pay: Upon completing PEP, become a 20th Edition financial professional with up to 24 months of biweekly stable pay ($34,500 annually, based on a structured 40-hour workweek).
  
  
  • Commissions & Bonus: Opportunities to earn additional income through performance.
