Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate (CMBS/CLO) | Fully Remote

A highly respected boutique commercial real estate finance law firm is seeking a mid-level associates (7-10 years' experience ideally) and substantial experience representing lenders in CMBS/CLO loan originations.

This is a unique opportunity for attorneys who already have a strong foundation in this specialized practice area and are looking to join a firm experiencing significant growth.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 7-10 years of CMBS/CLO origination experience

• Experience handling due diligence and drafting ancillary loan documents

• Strong title, survey, and zoning review experience

• The ability to independently manage matters with minimal supervision
