What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities

• Learn B2B sales and business development strategies

• Recruit, interview, and place high-caliber professionals

• Build relationships with executives, hiring managers, and candidates

• Negotiate opportunities and help close deals

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

• Receive direct mentorship from company leadership
