Job Title: Laboratory Technician I

Location: Cleveland, OH 44111

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Potential temp to perm)

Pay Rate: $22/hr.

Shift Time: Fri, Sat, Sun, Tuesday 05:00 PM - 03:30 AM Training will be set different time and day.

Schedule can be flexible based on business needs.

Potential to become full-time employee once contract ends.

Job Description:

• Level I: 0-3 years.
• Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine laboratory operations to support paint manufacturing.
• Duties usually consist of making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative chemical analytical tests according to standard procedures.
• Assists higher level technicians in setup of laboratory equipment and in recording data for experiments and procedures.
• Requires knowledge in using various instruments to prepare for and perform tests.
• Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on instruments.
• This is an entry-level position.
• Chemistry and/or science background preferred, not required
