Valabasas is a Memphis-based streetwear brand opening its first retail location this fall. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and help lead the store team.

Responsibilities:

– Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and POS

– Supervise sales associates and assist with training and scheduling

– Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock accuracy

– Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards

– Deliver a high standard of customer service and handle escalations

– Serve as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of retail experience; keyholder or supervisory experience preferred

– Background in fashion, footwear, or streetwear retail a plus

– Familiarity with the streetwear market and its customer base

– Dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a shift

– Based in the Memphis area
