We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services in an Adult Outpatient Clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience providing individual therapy, conducting clinical intakes, and developing treatment plans. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and patient intakes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other members of the care team.
• Support patients in addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of LCSW experience.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by NYSED.
• Primary Source Verification (PSV) required.
• Clinical experience in an outpatient/clinic-based setting.
• Experience providing therapy and conducting clinical intakes.
• Experience developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Experience working with adult outpatient populations.
• Experience providing behavioral health counseling and therapeutic services.

Important Details:

• 12-week contract position
• Shift is 8 hrs/day shift Mon - Fri (9 AM - 5 PM), 40 hrs/week.
• Location is Bronx, NY 10451
• Local Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour
• Pay Range for travelers: $2,750 - $2,800 per week
