What You'll Do

• Recruit skilled trades talent; you're the liaison between great workers and great opportunities


• Screen resumes and applications to find the standouts


• Interview candidates and collaborate with Account Managers to determine next steps for candidates


• Keep candidates in the loop with regular updates on hiring progress


• Coach candidates so they walk into client interviews ready to shine


• Build talent pipelines so you're never starting from zero


• Track candidate history from resumes to assignments to evaluations


• Utilize job boards to source candidates


• Stay connected with Skillworkers already out in the field

What You Bring

• Recruiting experience (staffing agency background a big plus)


• Comfort running the full hiring cycle: source, screen, interview


• Range across interview formats from phone to video


• An eye for matching skills to roles


• ATS know-how


• Communication skills that build trust fast


• The organizational chops to juggle multiple searches at once

Bonus Points

• Experience with Avionte or similar ATS platforms


• Background in travel staffing


• Familiarity with the skilled trades world
