Workday Finance Architect (Techno-Functional)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Architect (Techno-Functional) with extensive experience in Workday Financial Management implementations, solution architecture, business process design, integrations, and finance transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Finance business processes combined with deep Workday technical and functional expertise. This role will be responsible for translating finance requirements into scalable Workday solutions, leading implementation workstreams, and partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Finance transformation, ERP implementation, or enterprise financial systems.


• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financial Management experience, preferably across multiple implementations.


• Experience working as a Workday Finance Lead, Solution Architect, or Techno-Functional Architect.


• Strong experience with end-to-end Workday Finance implementations, including at least one large/global implementation.


• Strong understanding of core finance and accounting processes
