VP/Business Unit Leader of RF Products

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of RF components and Test equipment.

They have a fast-growing product line of RF components that enable test set-ups, and a product line of custom integrated RF test systems.

They need a Business Unit Leader for both of these product lines to lead a $90 MIL business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team of about 20, including Manager and Director reports.


• Responsible for business capture, marketing, product development and manufacture.


• In charge of revenue growth and profitability.


• Position reports to the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. We need someone who can understand customer's RF Test needs, drive development of custom test solutions, and get products to market quickly.


2. Should have a BSEE or higher degree, with 10-20+ years of RF industry experience, who has moved into a product line management or business unit management role.
