Associate / Senior Associate, Credit Finance - Leading Global Alternative Asset Manager | NYC | 4x in office

A leading global alternative asset manager is looking for an early-career accounting professional to support their Credit and Real Estate platforms. This is a cross-platform, high-visibility role — not a traditional single-fund accounting seat.

Reporting to a VP, you'll be the primary support for financial data aggregation, reporting, and analysis across platforms. You'll collaborate with a team largely composed of former Big 4 CPAs and gain exposure to complex fund concepts, public company reporting, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

What you'll do:

Aggregate and coordinate financial reporting deliverables across Credit and Real Estate platforms. Prepare variance analysis and trend reports for the CAO and VP. Support accounting research for non-routine transactions. Liaise with third-party administrators on data integration. Build automation solutions using Alteryx, Power BI, or AI tools.

What they're looking for:

3+ years in public accounting or financial services with investment management or SEC reporting exposure. CPA completed or in process required. Advanced Excel essential. Alteryx, Power BI, or Advent Geneva a strong plus. Tech-forward mindset with an interest in automation.

Total Compensation:

$150,000 - $160,000
