Legal Finance Associate

Our client is searching for an associate with at least three years of substantive fund finance/structured finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of banks, private funds and asset managers in fund finance and structured finance transactions and leading significant portions of those transactions. Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities and CLOs at a large law firm is preferred.
