Finance Recruiter - Financial Services

Coda Search is currently in growth mode, and we are currently looking to add one or two people to the midtown finance team over the first half of this year. This team focuses mainly on financial services clients across most functional areas including human resources, investor relations, risk, accounting, operations, legal, front office trading, asset management, etc. We do a bit of everything, and do not force our people into silos. We let everyone work on the roles and industries that they prefer, and everyone has an opportunity to run a blended desk. About two thirds of our clients sit in the hedge fund, real estate, private equity, asset management, and prop trading space, and the other third sit in the tech, media, consumer, start-up, and FinTech space.

Ideal candidate will have three-plus years of experience in financial services recruiting and we would also be keen on hiring someone at a more senior level.
