We're hiring an experienced Costpoint Project Setup Analyst for a growing government contractor. In this role you'll manage projects from award through closeout, making sure each one is set up to bill accurately and stay compliant.

About the Role: In this role you'll manage projects from award through closeout, making sure each one is set up to bill accurately and stay compliant.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain projects in Deltek Costpoint from contract award documents


• Configure billing and revenue settings across a range of contract types


• Manage funding, modifications, and rate updates


• Reconcile project setup against contract terms and fix issues early


• Partner with Contracts, Billing, and Finance teams


• Support audits and internal reviews

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience


• 3+ years of hands-on Costpoint project setup experience


• Familiarity with government contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP)


• Working knowledge of FAR/DCAA requirements


• Strong Excel skills

Preferred Skills:

• Costpoint billing experience


• Contracts administration background
