Business Development Manager (Hunter) – Retail/CPG

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager (Hunter) to drive new business acquisition and expand our business across the Retail and CPG industries. This role is focused on opening new logos, creating strategic relationships, and generating multi-million-dollar opportunities through industry expertise and executive-level networks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new enterprise accounts within Retail/CPG sectors and possess strong C-level relationships that can accelerate market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across target industries.


• Develop and execute strategic account-based sales plans to acquire new clients.


• Leverage existing executive relationships to gain access to decision-makers and accelerate deal closures.


• Identify, qualify, and pursue large deals opportunities.


• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution, and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions.


• Build and maintain a robust pipeline capable of delivering $4M-$5M+ in annual bookings.


• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise IT services sales and business development experience.


• Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise clients and opening strategic accounts.


• Strong network of C-level and VP-level decision makers.


• Experience selling AI, Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, Application Services, or large technology transformation programs.


• Proven track record of exceeding revenue and booking targets.


• Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.


• Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
