Vice President of Business Development

We are working on behalf of a mid-sized, fast-growing maker of RF/Microwave modules and Integrated Microwave Assemblies for Defense market requirements.

We are looking for a Director/VP of Business Development who will sell to major defense prime contractor customers, mostly in the Northeast.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pursue new business.


• Define technical requirements, negotiate, and develop complex proposals.


• Manage Manufacturer's Reps.

REQUIREMENTS:

• We need a BSEE or equivalent with strong technical background.


• 10+ years of Business Development, Sales or Product management of IMAs or complex RF/Microwave components, focusing on the Defense prime contractors.

**Can be located remotely -- anywhere from DC/MD/VA area up to the NH/MA area.

**Must be a US Citizen.
