Enterprise Product Lead | Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Abacus Group is partnering with a global leader in the music industry to hire an Enterprise Product Lead for its Transformation Office. This is a senior, people-leading role at the center of a multi-year modernization of the company's core enterprise platforms, including the systems that power royalty accounting for songwriters and rights holders worldwide.

You'll lead a team of Product Managers, own the enterprise roadmap, and be accountable for proving the value of every investment through clear business cases and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers across a portfolio of enterprise products


• Translate enterprise transformation strategy into a prioritized, executable product roadmap


• Own business cases end to end, including ROI analysis, cost/benefit trade-offs, and investment recommendations to senior leadership


• Define and track value realization through adoption, reuse, and performance metrics


• Drive the modernization of royalty accounting and related financial platforms


• Partner with Technology, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders to align priorities and drive adoption


• Shape how AI is applied across the product portfolio to improve efficiency and decision-making

What you bring

• 10+ years of product or portfolio leadership experience, including leading teams of PMs or program managers


• A track record of delivering enterprise platform or transformation initiatives at scale


• Strong financial and analytical rigor, with experience building and defending business cases


• Executive presence and the ability to influence across complex, global organizations


• Practical experience driving adoption of AI or GenAI capabilities


• Background in music, media, or financial services strongly preferred, particularly royalty, rights, fund accounting, payments, or other back-office financial platforms

• Open to candidates relocating to Nashville, with relocation required within three months of offer. Relocation assistance is not provided.


• Compensation: up to $250K base plus 30% target bonus
