? Hiring: Business Development Director

We’re looking for a hunter-minded commercial leader with strong experience in industrial manufacturing / engineered products to drive new business and strategic growth.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience

• Proven success in new customer acquisition & revenue growth

• Experience selling to OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, or technical end users

• Strong technical/consultative sales skills

• Experience with engineered products & industrial markets

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel as required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Engineering/Business background a plus
