CB Partners is partnering with a growing global manufacturer to identify a Senior Finance Manager who will serve as a key strategic partner to business leadership. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and providing analysis that influences commercial, operational, and investment decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.


• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.


• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support key business decisions.


• Analyze revenue, margins, operating expenses, and profitability trends to provide actionable recommendations.


• Support pricing, product portfolio, investment, and resource allocation decisions through data-driven financial analysis.


• Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, and business insights.


• Build and maintain financial dashboards, KPI reporting, and management reporting tools.


• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product teams to improve business performance.


• Identify financial risks and opportunities while helping leadership navigate changing business conditions.


• Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making.


• Support capital planning, productivity initiatives, and business case development.


• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.


• Mentor and develop finance team members while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required.


• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced certification preferred.


• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, business planning, or related financial leadership roles.


• Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance management activities.


• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making.


• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.


• Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, and management reporting.


• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, technology, or other complex operating environments preferred.


• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.


• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.


• Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and planning software preferred.


• Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, and financial reporting systems is a plus.
