Institutional Fundraising/Capital Formation Leader - Alternative Assets

Growing investment firm is seeking a senior fundraising professional to help expand its institutional investor base and support continued growth across its investment platform.

This is a highly visible role reporting directly to senior fundraising leadership, with significant autonomy and exposure across the firm. The individual will focus on developing and deepening relationships with pensions, endowments, investment consultants, family offices, and other institutional allocators.

The role will be involved across the full fundraising lifecycle, including:

• Originating and developing new institutional investor relationships


• Managing investor conversations, diligence processes, and capital raises


• Expanding and deepening existing LP relationships


• Participating in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows


• Developing regional investor coverage strategies


• Partnering with investment and senior leadership teams on fundraising initiatives


• Representing the firm and communicating complex investment strategies to institutional allocators
