Overview

In this role you will expand Anduril Services by shaping strategy, building partnerships, and winning critical work across commercial and government sectors. You'll bridge clients with the broader Anduril team to ensure products meet mission demands while driving continuous improvements. You'll work closely with engineering and program management to align offerings with customer needs and market opportunities. This positions you at the core of growth, customer insight, and strategic execution in a fast-paced defense tech environment. You will travel, engage key stakeholders, and help accelerate deployment of cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and capture opportunities through travel, trade shows, and understanding budget cycles to grow revenue
  • Develop capture strategies and cohesive business/ acquisition plans
  • Drive product development input from client needs and maintain best-in-class product suite
  • Grow existing business by partnering with execution teams and engineers to expand work with current clients
  • Communicate Anduril value to clients, partners, and the public, representing the brand externally
Key requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, strategy development, or development program management
  • Ability to leverage strategic acumen with deep technical market insight
  • Ability to independently identify market entry opportunities and forge partnerships across commercial and government sectors
  • Polished technical communication with fluency in commercial subsea technologies and applications
  • Experience formulating and executing growth strategies, activating collaborations, and closing deals
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to relocate as needed
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Eligible for DoW SkillBridge Program
