As an HR Business Partner at Amazon, you will provide generalist HR support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders, focusing on talent, engagement, and operational excellence. You will partner with leaders to deploy HR initiatives that drive business impact and employee experience, potentially leading a small team and owning strategic projects. Leverage data-driven insights to preempt challenges, improve processes, and enhance workplace culture. This role blends strategic influence with hands-on execution at a facility site.

• Improve site effectiveness by analyzing patterns, identifying root causes, and making high-judgment policy-aligned decisions to mitigate risk

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• 2+ years of HR or equivalent experience (operations, customer service, retail, distribution, etc.)
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
