Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic priorities across Global Banking
• Coordinate and contribute to executive deliverables and management updates
• Act as a liaison between GB F&BM leadership and cross-functional partners
• Draft executive communications, presentations, and reports
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
• Improve operational processes and drive accountability across teams
• Communicate and execute organizational priorities across GB F&BM
• Lead special projects in partnership with the GB CFO
• Enable adoption of AI, tools, and technology across GB F&BM
• Plan and organize key meetings and travel agendas for the GB CFO
• Optimize engagement with GB F&BM team and critical partners

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in strategy, business management, financial analysis, or project management
• Experience working with senior executives and building trusted relationships
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and proficiency in CRM systems and AI
