As Regional HR Manager, you will provide expert HR consultation to business-unit leaders, shaping talent, performance, and workforce plans. You will collaborate with HR COEs to deliver integrated solutions that align people strategies with business objectives. You'll diagnose needs, drive organizational design and development, and support succession and development initiatives. This role connects HR operations with strategic outcomes, influencing efficiency and employee engagement at scale. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to support a dynamic, corporate environment and contribute to long-term people strategies.
Responsibilities- Provide value-added HR consultation to business-unit management on talent, performance, compensation, organization design and development, and engagement.
- Partner with HR COEs to execute talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and development initiatives in support of business objectives.
- Promote the HR operating model and collaborate with HR COEs to deliver integrated solutions for assigned business units.
- Diagnose current and future talent needs and advise on attraction, retention, and development strategies.
- Facilitate non-executive talent reviews and succession planning; coach and mentor high potentials.
- Support annual and ad-hoc performance and compensation review processes and advise on pay-for-performance principles.
- Identify policy and training needs with HR COEs and ensure effective post-implementation integration.
- Provide ongoing development opportunities and align goals with organizational objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent working experience)
- Minimum of 6 years of related HR experience in a large corporate environment (prefer Financial Services)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong client focus, judgment, analytical, and communication skills
- Capability to interact with all organizational levels and handle conflict up to senior management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel within the footprint as needed
