In this role you will support MSPC Finance in negotiating and managing fund-level financing solutions for direct lending funds and BDCs. You will work closely with the CFO and Capital Markets to ensure accurate financial and lender reporting, timely NAV and financial statement delivery, and compliant administration. You will interface with lenders, administrators, and auditors to support complex credit facilities and securitizations, contributing to the platform's financing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role that blends accounting, reporting, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.

- Prepare internal docs and board presentations for new/amended transactions
- Maintain borrowing base calculations and lender reporting (waterfalls, certificates) for accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate and assist in review of monthly accounting close packages from third-party administrator
- Review monthly/quarterly valuations models and inputs
- Research accounting issues and draft technical accounting policy documents
- Manage administrator deliverables to ensure NAV reporting and financial statement accuracy
- Coordinate asset-level approvals with MSPC's asset-based lenders before SPV financing
- Liaise with MSPC deal teams to address lender data requests
- Explain accounting implications of new financing arrangements to the MSPC finance team
- Collaborate with third-party administrators, collateral agents, and custodians on waterfalls and borrowing bases
- Coordinate with liability management, fund lenders, and auditors on AUP audits
- Coordinate with fund operations on borrowings/repayments timing
- Coordinate with rating agencies for issuer/portfolio ratings or credit estimates
- Review quarterly/annual financial statements and assist with new accounting requirements with auditors/administrators
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 1+ year experience in financial industry (credit funds or asset-level financing preferred)
- Big 4 background a plus
- Private Credit Funds experience a plus
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel; Adobe Acrobat)
- Analytical mindset with strong time management
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
