Junior Business Associate

Looking for a sharp, personable person to kick off a career in business development in downtown Dayton. You'll represent Spectrum and help local customers and businesses find the services that fit them. No experience with the product needed, just good people skills and the drive to learn fast.

A typical day looks like:

• Meeting with prospective customers and learning what they need


• Walking them through Spectrum's services and recommending the best fit


• Following up on leads and keeping conversations going


• Entering customer details and sign-ups accurately


• Checking in with your team on goals and progress

You're a great fit if you:

• Are 18 or older


• Can work 5 days a week, minimum


• Can pass a background check


• Can start right away


• Are confident talking to strangers and bounce back quickly from a "not today"


• Like having targets to chase and a team to chase them with
