Role Description

This is a role for a Field Service Technician based in Nashville, TN. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth functionality and performance. Responsibilities include providing preventive maintenance, addressing technical issues, assisting clients with operational challenges, and training staff on equipment functionalities. The technician will consistently interact with team members and clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
