Company - Our client is a cybersecurity consulting and services firm that helps organizations strengthen their security programs and deploy enterprise security technologies. For this engagement, they are supporting an energy infrastructure organization with its Zscaler environment.

Job Title - Zscaler Admin

Location - Fully remote in the US; primarily EST working hours with occasional after-hours coverage

Role Type - Contract through December, 20–40 hours per week, with potential for continuation beyond the initial term

Must Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on Zscaler administration experience supporting day-to-day operations


• Proficiency with both Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)


• Experience managing URL Categories and ZIA/ZPA policies


• Hands-on experience with SSL Decryption and Remote Access


• Experience supporting Zscaler user onboarding and offboarding

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for the end customer's Zscaler implementation


• Administer and troubleshoot ZIA and ZPA environments


• Manage and support URL Categories and ZIA/ZPA security policies


• Support SSL Decryption configurations and related troubleshooting


• Provide support for Remote Access functionality


• Manage user onboarding and offboarding within the Zscaler environment


• Help maintain continuity of Zscaler operations as existing team resources transition out or become unavailable


• Work primarily during EST business hours and provide occasional after-hours coverage as needed


• Support an end customer operating within the energy infrastructure industry


• Join an engagement currently planned through the end of December, with possible continuation beyond the initial term
