Responsibilities:

• Manage digital campaigns across email, web, paid advertising, and social media channels.
• Build, segment, deploy, and analyze email campaigns using HubSpot.
• Create and maintain landing pages, campaign pages, forms, and website content in WordPress.
• Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns through setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting.
• Create HubSpot forms, embed digital assets, and test user experiences across platforms.
• Troubleshoot website, formatting, and digital workflow issues independently.
• Track campaign performance and report on engagement, conversions, and audience growth.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, advocacy, campaigns, public affairs, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar marketing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of website management, landing page creation, form integrations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns from concept through launch and reporting.
• Ability to test digital user flows, identify issues, and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing, editing, project management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and rapid-response needs.

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually DOE, plus benefits.
