Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources operations in a manufacturing environment. This role will be heavily involved with employee relations, safety, compliance, recruiting, training, and supporting both hourly and salaried employees across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and retention
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, OSHA requirements, and workplace safety programs
• Partner with managers to address performance, attendance, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns
• Lead workers' compensation, FMLA, leave administration, and HR investigations
• Support training initiatives, safety programs, and ongoing workforce development
• Maintain HR records, reporting, policies, and compliance documentation
• Drive hiring efforts for manufacturing, operations, and administrative positions
• Serve as a visible presence on the production floor and a trusted resource for employees and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human xevrcyc Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience required
• Manufacturing experience required
• Strong knowledge of employment law, OSHA regulations, safety programs, and HR compliance
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces
• Proven ability to handle employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
